Holders Technology is a leading provider of wireless lighting and building control systems; our offering includes the largest range of ecosystem hardware products for systems including Casambi, Ingy/Wirepas and EnOcean, as well as all services required to successfully support and maintain the implementation of projects.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to support our technical services and sales teams. This role will involve liaising with customers and our sales team to design detailed control schemes, as well as organising and planning any services visits. The role may further develop to also attend site to commission and train the customer.
Requirements:
· Technical/design education or electrical work experience
· Ability to work on a variety of different tasks and in a flexible way
· Ability to work as a team player
· Confident and effective communicator
· Confident in managing customer expectations and delivering results against deadlines
· Knowledge of lighting/building controls is an advantage
· Experience using design software such as BlueBeam is an advantage
· Proactive and willing to learn
